    I have a great experience working with Ismail Yucel my client advisor at cherry hill Audi. It took a lot of teeth pulling and a lot of back and forth, but we finally got the deal done, highly recommend them but come well prepared with your well research car deal.

    I recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Brian Shadduck at Audi Cherry Hill and wanted to acknowledge his professionalism and ease to work with throughout the process. I also interacted with Pete Sapienza from the finance department, who provided helpful information regarding a tire protection package I was considering. Although I initially opted to purchase it, Pete mentioned I had a 60-day window to request a refund if needed. After some additional research, I realized the package overlapped with my regular insurance coverage and decided to request a refund. While the process took some time, Pete and Brian assisted in ensuring the refund was completed. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend working with Brian Shadduck at Audi Cherry Hill for his responsiveness and professional approach.

    Ismail Yucel was big help out on my 2019 Audi A3 Cabriolet when above and beyond showed me the vehicle followed up with me from start to finish. Phil at finance was also great help got me approve and showed me all financing options met expectations.
