I'm going to rave about how amazing and knowledgeable Brad is! I have had major issues with car audio places, well-known ones too in Nanaimo, costing me hundreds of dollars for disaster jobs. I went to Brad years ago, and he had my stereo sorted with zero issues. Fast forward to this year's accident with water that went into my usb ports of my stereo, causing it to sporadically work. I spent 65$ and a few hours trouble shooting with a GMC tech, they suggested it's water damage in the ports and they should be checked for corrosion. No audio place in Nanaimo would check my wiring. I called all 4 places. I booked in to GMC and explained the issue and said please just check the wiring as per the techs suggestion. No. Was charges over 200 dollars, they did not pull the panel and they told me my only option was a 1k stereo replacement. I was so angry and frustrated and knew Brad would be my best shot. Sure enough, he was so accommodating and met me, pulled my ports out, disconnected them from my stereo, and it worked immediately. I just needed a simple part. Not the 1k fix that GMC said was my only option, no bs about not being able to check wires that the other car audio shops claimed. Brads frikin amazing!
