          i absolutely love blvd 45! office management is always so kind and super helpful. maintenance is always kind and respectful. i have lived here for 11 months and the only thing i didn’t like was no elevators, but i knew that coming in.

          I recommend ANYONE who likes peaceful community to stay here.My wife and I spent our last 12 months in these apartments and let me tell you, it was stellar all around. Alicia and Gabrielle were both compassionate and supportive, and take every circumstance with understanding and with kindness. Maintenance was very friendly and helpful, And Units are well maintained for pests. By far best place to call home in VA Beach.

          Me and my partner had a great experience living in our new home for 10 months. Lived before at some apartment buildings in the area but nothing matching this Apartments which are very nice and detailed great. what makes it better is a very responsive staff, easy communication and a lot of professionalism. Alicia was very helpful and kind with any question or service needed . I would highly recommend

          My husband and I had a fantastic experience with living here. The apartments are very nice, the leasing staff/community manager is amazing, Alicia and Gabrielle are literally the best and super helpful. Maintenance is top tier and super friendly. I literally have zero complaints about our time here and we are very sad to have to break our lease early due to moving out of state. If we were staying local, without a question we would have renewed our lease. We will miss it here!
