She has created a beautiful, serene space that immediately sets the tone for relaxation. Roxy's attention to detail is impeccable. She explained every step of the process, which made me feel at ease and well-cared for. Her expertise and gentle touch were evident throughout the entire facial. Additionally, she offered me tea and snacks, which added a lovely, personal touch to the whole experience. The ambiance of the room was perfect—calming, beautifully decorated, and truly restorative.
