Andrew Ramos was our tech for this job. He was prompt, polite, and explained every step of the process. He went above and beyond to take care of our drain line clog. Ace was the only HVAC company in the area I could find to come out on the weekend. Other companies were scheduling a week out.

My air conditioning stopped working and Ace came out the same day. My system hadn't been serviced since it was installed in the attic in 2015. It rusted out due to a drop in system pressure from a slow leak which caused the coils to ice over. When the ice melts it rusts out any metal in the area causing even more leaks. Also the melted water was going into the drip tray and running out of the corner of the tray and onto the plywood and then under the plywood onto my sheet rock for the ceiling below. That's how I discovered I had an issue... water was dripping from one of my can lights at the top of my stairs on the morning I called Ace. I now know ALL about the importance of maintaining the air conditioning system. They were very informative and patched my system up temporarily and got my air working again in a few hours. They had a new system installed 2 days later! The technician really cared about keeping my kids cool on these 100 degree days in SoCal. He stayed late until 9:30 at night to make sure we had cool air ASAP. I would 1000% recommend that you use these guys when it comes time for service or repairs. They will find a way to keep you cool!
